Job satisfaction is based on number of things , but we will discuss any three.

Application of work: When a person gets appreciated for his work , he gets motivated and start to work more . It makes him feel satisfied that he has done good work.

Good relationship with colleagues: If you have a good bond with your colleagues then you can get out from any trouble , as they can be helping hand for you and this will make you happy and satisfied.

Good work -life balance: If you can manage your work and personal life then you are doing a great job and your job seems to be good for you. There are many employees who can't manage work and personal life together and cannot give time to family and get frustrated because of it .And if you are balancing the both then you are satisfied .
