Strategy and focus of the given companies from which they have a successful image and career :-

(a) PHILIPS

The main focus of Phillips is to make the world more sustainable and healthier through innovation and has an ambitious goal to improve the lives of people of 3 billion people a year by 2030. It aims to lower the cost of care, and improving the work life of care providers, enhancing the patient experience and improving health outcomes.

(b) PANASONIC

Developing economies are playing an important role in changing the market dynamics of the industry in which Panasonic operates. Factors such as government regulations, low-cost labour, OEM’s (original equipment manufacturer), a large number of domestic and international players eating up each other’s market share are affecting the industry by and large.

(c)-SONY

Sony design their marketing plans always based on their distribution channel. They make sure that their products are available to their customers easily. In a country like India, where the people prefer buying long lasting products and products that are durable, channel of distribution plays a vital role. Their distribution channel consists of the manufacturer, retailer and then the customers. They mainly practice selective distribution of their products from very selective dealers such as SONY WORLD.


(d) SAMSUNG

Strategy
The business model of Samsung is based on a balance of core strategies. These strategies have been formulated and implemented after careful deliberation. They are as follows

The company has a tendency to downfall but an outstanding comeback response. They see what the market responds to and come up with an array of devices. They learn from past mistakes.
Other than providing cheaper smartphones than a market competitor, they have also introduced better features, enlarged screens with smart marketing. Samsung is called the ultimate “fast follower.”
