Different elements facilitating creativity are originality, imagination, flexibility, self expression and communication, motivation and decision making.
Originality and imagination is one of the most important factor in the creativity process. Without original content and imagination, creativity cannot be judged. Originality helps in coming out with new ideas for things and make mundane objects an interesting piece to be read or seen.
Techniques to employ creativity at any place are:
- Giving employees flexibility: When employees are given flexible time to think and are not made time bound about submissions, creativity can flourish.
- Putting less pressure on the people: The employees should not be pressurised about any sort of work or about submissions and anything of that sort.
- Providing an open environment to the people: When the employees are provided with an open environment and are giving no boundaries to work or think, creativity flourishes in the business.
