Yes, the evaluation and control process are appropriate for a corporation that emphasizes creativity. We know that every corporation follows all functions of management - planning , organising, staffing , directing and controlling . Evaluation and control process is an effective process of determining the performance of certain division , product lines , department based on the objective of the firm. In every corporation control must be there and it doesn't matter what type of corporation it is. It should have some limits set for its employees . Creativity is not triggered by control but control can make a person to be creative. In every corporation work is done whether it is creative or non creative to achieve a set goal. In order to achieve a set goal evaluation of work is necessary and then control . Without control and evaluation corporation cannot achieve its set objective. They don't depend on the type of corporation but only corporations emphasizing creativity can reduce the number of controls used. Control cannot be ignored. They both are important function for a corporation.

Control and creativity are compatible only if the controls are appropriate. The controls should also be used properly. They both are like talent and discipline . To be successful both should be opt .
