Evaluation is one of the most important thing that a company need to do. I am taking an example of Lenovo company to discuss the importance of Evaluation & control within the company:-

· To control the quality of the products

This is important that a company should evaluate their final result because that way they will able to maintain the quality of the products they are manufacturing. Lenovo is manufacturing mobile, Computers, etc. if they do not monitor the quality that their competitors will go ahead of them.

· To monitor the change in market

It is important that you are monitoring the change in the market. The Change could be in improvement in technology or trend of the customers. In case of Lenovo, they should focus of the R&D department of the company so that new technology can be made.

If a company needs to be successful than they have to make sure that both Evaluation and Control should work side by side and bring improvement in working.

Data from market research agencies suggest or tell us that in today’s world that corporations emphasizing on creativity and reducing the number of controls used within the company. Controls are not ignored within the company or operations. The emphasis tends to be on the end-result of activities rather than upon the activities themselves.
