ERP System recommendation for Nike Company.

ERP system recommendation for a Nike company:
1. Software improvement: Nike should focus on the improvement of its supply chain system and software in order to properly assess the demand and supply of the product and raw material as well. We have seen Nike as a failure in the implementation of the ERP system earlier, because of i12, Nike should focus on reassessing and reviewing its software implementation strategy.
2. Training and development: In order to equip the human resources with the required skills and knowledge, there is a need to provide proper training and development to the employees, so that the efficiency in the resources can be achieved, and it can be properly implemented.
3. Follow-up procedures: After the ERP strategy by Nike, it should not end the planning process there only, there is a need to focus on its monitoring and its control in order to detect any risk or problems with that so that any defects and problems can be taken care of in due time.
4. Careful decision-making process: Before taking any decision regarding the ERP system, there is a need to properly conducting the decision making process by considering representatives of every department in the organization in order to properly assess everyone's need and capacity and efficiency to properly formulation of the plan and its implementation.
