Pepsico is one of the leading soft drinks manufacturing companies globally. They are very well aware of the fact that how they have to deal with their customers and to provide the satisfaction they are looking for.

Porter's competitive force model in Pepsico as the company to know about the market and about their customers. This force model well defined the competition going around them, bargaining power the customer is having, the threads of the substitution that the company can face, thread from the new arrival of any company or product, etc. Previously Pepsico had not added the ERP system in their company around the world. Using SAP will help the Pepsico 2005 their business and to do their work with more efficiency around the world. With the help of SAP Pepsico is providing more satisfaction to its customers and making more use of their products and giving tough competition to their competitors in the market. Basically with the help of ERP they can increase the planning process which will lead to an increase in production and help the company to increase its sales globally.
