· Hold people accountable for the job that they do which is as per the goals and the objectives set for the business ahead. So each knows their job and responsibility in the business and this enhances productivity with diversity.
· Communication of the plan for diversity makes the people accountable for the business and also explains the role of the diversity in the business. This makes the people aware of the policy for diversity and thus can employ the best of skill searching without gender prejudice.
· The job uniqueness along with the skills are to be equated which makes the responsibilities clear for the role which then searches for the right candidate without gender or color prejudice for the right skill.
