Boards interview the CEO in such a manner where the know they are hiring a person who has the most strategic capabilities and abilties to have and make the organisation work and survive in the competition. CEO are the leaders, one should find the purpose, value. the career history, the success outcomes and the achievements the person has made to make the correct decision.

The CEO Questions which I would like to ask from CEO Candidates for an Interview are:

1. How do you see the company changing in two years, and how do you see yourself creating that change?

The first question that should be asked from a CEO is the change about the CEO has ever brought, or will bring for the further company. The person should be asked about kind of changes are they expecting and what kind of change they could bring working with the resources and integrate the efforts to bring the change.

2. Give me one word that describes you the best.

This question would ask the CEO about his own skills, abilities and capabilities and would make the person answer the most strategic and best word to describe what could possibly best describe the CEO.

3. What are your goals?

This question would ask the CEO about what are his/her personal goals and how they can be strategically achieve them. It would tell about the person's desires, long term as well as short term goals about what the person wants to achieve.

4. What Are Your 3 Biggest Accomplishments?

This question would ask the CEO about the relevant achievements that the person has made in his old company and career. This would tell about what values and levels the CEO has made and what contributions they have achieved. This would also give the idea about the fact that what further future contributions could be made.

5. What other CEOs do you look up to?

The question would tell about the CEO's strengths and weaknesses a person possess and about that, what other examples or leaders that candidates looks for as an example. Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerburg etc are the best CEO to look for as that would show what and why that candidate would like them and what skills attract them the most.
