What are the main shortcomings for Hertz's human resources?

Here I am going to discuss the main shortcomings, the fault for failures of Hertz's human resources.
There are few of the main shortcomings for heart's human resources such as:-
1) INEVITABLE LAYOFFS:- it is noted that hertz is failing in keeping its employees intact with them. Hertz's every year day of their employees which has led to the negative reputation or the image of Hertz's in the market. They temporarily or permanently ask the worker to stop working for a certain period of time.
2) FINANCIALLY UNSTABILITY:- with the many research and reports it is noted that hertz is financially unstable and is unable to provide a proper and adequate amount of pay on the salary to its employees which has led to the bad impression of the company in the market.
3) NEGLECT EMPLOYEES NEEDS:- herds is highly capable of taking care of the needs of the employees as it neglects the needs of the employees, this is the main reason that employees don't want to work with this company and prefer to work in the other companies.
