In health care setting ;training , continuing education and upgradation of knowledge is possible by various methods and new technologies. In hospital sector continuing education is very much important to upgrade our knowledge and to develop skill regarding new technologies in medical field.

Create a group among health care workers in website and they can share their knowledge , new experience , rare medical cases etc. This will help the group members to get a kind of idea when they are dealing with such situations.

Using latest technologies , group of people who are having same kind of interest can create a group in mobile and they can share their knowledge by discussing about new trends and technologies in medical field. They can also post some videos for demonstrating any new procedures in health care sectors.

For training they can also conduct online meeting to teach or to discuss about advanced medical care and facilities.

Using internet we can conduct interviews , meetings and we have face to face interaction which is more helpful in health care sectors for training and professional development.
