Human Resource Management plays a vital role in the development employee as well the organisation. I never conducted any coaching for the development programme. But I had experience to get part of many activities.

Training and development of employees is one of important part of human resource management, especially in health care sectors.

If I would be the trainer or coordinator, training could be implemented in 3 major steps

1.Orientation to the programme and theoretical section of the topic for the programme

In some cases, candidates can be new to the subject. Inorder orient them and refresh to subject, I'll plan one section. This section includes

*Introduction to the programme plan

*Brief note about the subject

*Psychological and physiological reinforcement section

2.Demonstration by trainer/or subject experts

Health care providers should be skillfull in there service to the hospital. They should get adequate practical explanation and demonstration of the subject. This will help to learn and to more experts in the subjects.

3.Return Demonstration by candidates

Once candidates get thorough in theoretical and practical section, make a return demonstration. Can conduct as OSCE or according to the experts decision. Evaluate the procedure , thus candidates also shows more effort in learning in can be in patients or else mannequin.

For the first to the patients should be monitor by experts.
