You are an executive at a health care facility that just began to utilize telehealth methods as part of its patient care routine. You are concerned that using these methods may impact the quality of care patients receive. What are some of the steps or guidelines you could take to ensure patients continue to receive quality care? 5. The revenue cycle of a health care organization is a complex and burdensome process that can add to patients’ and health care facilities’ expenses. The provider revenue cycle begins with scheduling and pre-registration and ends with remittance and collections. Which step in the revenue cycle do you feel is in most need of improvements? Why?

Ans.1) As a health care manager, first of all I interact with all the hospital staff and conduct a small awareness and demonstration of the new regulations to make them aware about it. So that they can be able to spread the new information in the society.

2.) Social media including twitter is the best way to circulate generalized information to generate awareness among the people. But to communicate personal health information of an individual smart phone and encrypted computer system is source because personal information cannot be generalized.

3.) In my opinion, to improve the quality of medical health care processes, administration of patient medication should needs more attention. It is the foremost matter of concern because if a wrong medicine is given to the patient, the situation becomes very complicated. It will worsen patient’s condition, so extra care and attention is needed during administrating of medicine.

4.) As a healthcare executive, it is my duty to receive the information and data of the patient properly then recording it carefully because all the treatment depends on the information recorded by the health executive. Thus, the executive should be very attentive as he is the basic source of information.

5.) The revenue cycle of a health care organization ensures that the provider and the patients get the due revenue by claims processing, payment, and revenue generation. Reimbursement of the medical bill is the most critical of all as the benefit of both the parties should be taken care of. Make sure no one take unnecessary advantage of false claim. Several cases have been seen between hospital and the patients on these irregularities.
