The relationship between patient ,health care providers and organizations is inevitable in providing effective care . Trust means to believe firmly and rely on someone who strength and ability are attributed. Therefore, trust between provider and patient relies on one(Patient) believing on their ability to help them feel better and other (Provider) on understanding what the patient is feeling and find the source; relying both in clear communication. Trust is Something so important is not readily observable to the human eye, but creates a real experience for those receiving treatment. Organizations have a moral, social, and even financial responsibility to provide care in a way that is equitable across multiple facets of cultur.Some ethical frame work used in a health organization to stablish trust is by putting patient first, confidentiality, laws and regulation strict, respect for human rights, consideration, explanation, between others help organizations and providers to build a trustworthy relationship with patients.
