The steps that are to be considered to implement the BYOD in the organization are:

1. First they have to make sure that the BYOD that is Bring Your Own Device is actually right for the company or not and if they are not considering it because everyone else are because it is very important that the authorities of the company are aware of all the pros and cons of this policy and then they make a decision.
2. The organization should first invest their time in making or writing down a proper plan or the system for the BYOD that hoe there are going to implement it or what all factors would they consider before implementing it. So, that they have an idea about the system they have to buy and setup for this policy.
3. They have to think about all the factors or the conditions that are going to put for the employees that what type of device can they bring to organization or what type of devices are allowed.
4. They need to set out some serious guidelines for the employees that what all should be in their device and what should not be in their device so that all the important data of the company do not get compromised with the employees personal data on their device. They need to set up a proper training for them to understand the difference between the professional and the personal data.
5. The company has to make sure that they set up a security system that can protect the employees own devices and not just put the responsibility on the employees only for the security and protection of their own device and data.
6. They also need to set the data usage policy as when they would be using their devices the monitoring of the data becomes necessary as employees could use the companies data for their own benefit also.

So, these are some of the steps that the company should go through before installing of making the setup of BYOD.
