1) Innovation :-

Free flowing creativity of the leaders leads to to Greater level of innovation for the platform .New and innovative ideas are always great consumer attractors and definitely helps to gain a larger market share for the organisation .

The leader should imbibe skills in order to make possible probability of risk regarding new launches and innovation for it organisation

2) Diversity :-

Leaders who have domain expertise are able to diversify their area of operation more efficiently, thereby creating a larger impact on the consumers mind .The greatest benefit of diversification is higher presence which creates a larger impact on a a higher segment of population .

The leader should diversify the fields of series and content broadcasted in order to to attract larger segment of public as there will be availability of the right content for all types of people.

3) Passion :-

The passion to create something new each time is the key to success .When the leader is Innovative ,open and receptive to explore new ideas then the subordinates also helps in value addition to the organisation by suggesting new and fresh insights into how the platform can be made more attractive .The leader should be open to hear all ideas from its subordinates and should work towards implementing those ideas which have long-term potential to convert into profitability for the organisation

The leader should be active and well versed with the dynamic nature of the environment in which it is working .The swiftly changing taste and preferences of the consumers should be met accordingly. A leader should not hold a certain belief and should always have the capability to be action oriented and jump to new and innovative ideas for improvement to create impact periodically in order to retain its customers attention.

A leader should always strive to make the platform more innovative and filled with new programs with different backgrounds in order to to make it a complete package for its consumers.

5) Courage :-

The leader should have courage to take risk in order to implement innovative ideas .A stressed and emotionally unstable leader cannot succeed in creating an innovative and creative environment .

A leader should always set an example for its subordinates as a courageous person so that instead of feeling anxious and threatened, the subordinate feels comfortable and Secure which will help in the efficient working of the organisation.
