Identify three specific examples that vividly show how leadership and communication are interdependent and impact effectiveness.
Leadership and communication are two important aspects of a good leader and an effective manager. They both are interdependent as well prove to be more effective only when they are proportioned in proper quotient. Three situations can be quoted in which both leadership and communication should be linked and utilised and only then the desired effects or results can be achieved.
1.In working through projects. - In successful completion of projects there need to be two important aspects which are crucial for their completion .Good leadership alone will not suffice for a work and effective communication alone cannot do all the work.A team can be guided properly when a good leader uses all his communication skill to be effectively presented to their team.Only when both are moved in the right direction will the work be done in full charisma and without any mistakes.
2.Achieving goals and targets in a workplace can be done only through effective communication.Employees can be motivated in a positive manner by being a good leader as well as a good communicator. One aspect by itself cannot satisfy the employees.
3.In situations where commands or work has to be passed down to the subordinates there needs to be good communication skills.Effective production is always connected with good communication skills because the right message of what is needed and what has to be done is exactly communicated.
