SOLUTION:

# Ethical values are principals or morals of a person describing the type of person may engage or may not engage in.

Some of the ethical values are Integrity, honesty, trust, faith, belief, etc.

Ensuring ethical standard in career path

* By setting values: We can ensure our ethical standards by setting our values, which means we should set our values according to our values that we have learned this whole life.

* Following one's integrity: Ethical standards can also be ensured by following our integrity. Integrity is the quality of being honest and with strong moral principals. The following integrity will lead us to do our job more efficiently and with honesty.

* Faith: Faith of a person decides what he believes on, developing strong faith over self is more satisfactory that the faith over others. faith is also termed as belief.

Developing ethical standards on all three is important (the company, industry, and career path) but most important is to develop career path principals because it is directly linked with the life we live.

# In my opinion Governance holds the most important part because governance is full of ethical values and principals as how to govern a nation, and a state.

* The term governance means governing via a set of rules. and rules are the basic ethical standards as it prohibits one from breaking ethical codes and doing crime.

* Governing bodies have proper set of courts and authorities that maintains high level of ethical standards.

* Governance system ensures people's trust in the governing body.

* Governance is always abide by the law. because it follows principals and ethical rules.

CONCLUSION:

From the above-listed points, we can conclude that ethical standards play an important role in a person's life cycle. for setting rules, faith, following integrity, and trusting self and others. those who abide by moral principals never faces percussions.
