nurse first give priority to his/her own life when there is any crisis/disaster. because it will be satisfactory justice and fairness because if nurse will alive than only she/he will be serve to others.

Whenever it is a question about life of nurse she have duty to serve humanbeing first but with safety of her life.

so advantages; if nurse will be alive than she will be able to serve patients, family and community and nation too.

whenever the life of nurse in danger first she should give priority to herself because healthy nurse can only serve to patient.there another reason is whenever there is any crisis than nurse should take appropriate step to safe her life before treating another people.

e.g. now a days nurses are working in a hospital to treat corona infected patient.once nurse will get infected than she will be carier of infection spreading than he will not able to serve the another patients and also quarentine so this is the fact that before serving patient take some safety measures.

Disadvatages are if nurse will think about her life and if she will ignore to treat patient than there will be lacking of the staff and patients will not get proper outcome.

also according to ethical considerarion she should treat patient without thinking dangers to her own self.

but finally according to my thinking the best fairness and justice to nurse's life is that they are also human being and also they have life which is also precious and she is someone's daughter, wife, mother etc. so whenever there is a danger of some crisis which can affect the life of nurse she should have right to decide to save her life before serving people.

thank you if you need more information than mention in comment.
