Justice & fairness - MOHR can start an ombudsman facility and the Right to Enquire. Thus, bad practices of the company can come out, if a person applies to know about it. It is mostly related to governmental organizations and their spending. Also, the ombudsman facility would allow people to put their grievances in the company or let the world understand about bad practices of the company. It should keep the identity of the whistleblower as confidential. The ombudsman service should be from the government.

The objective would be to ensure more justice for the people, in terms of information or grievance redressal.

The reason is the increasing corruption in public and private organizations.

The benefit out of it would be greater transparency, people believe in the firms would increase.

Hence, upholding justice is needed now more than ever in both public and private firms and MOHR can take initiative to establish it.

Introduction : The ombudsman and right to enquire service is started by MOHR for the prupose of fairness and jutise in the organization both private and public .As we kn ow very well that what inequality , discrimination , corruption ,regionalism or anything which make the public or the employer discomfortable.And the issue cant be easily conveyed by the person because of the identity threat o insecurity to identity .That is why this system is provided by MOHR for being the confidential as its foremost priority .

The main obejctive of the given ombudsman facility and the right to enquire are :

  • The ombudsman and right to enquire services are meant for the transaprency of the private and public organizations.It would be a redressal of the which the people or the employee are not able to say or even for the customer or the public it is difficult to convey or address the issue ragrding any wrong doings in the organization.
  • The mobudsman and right to enquire facility is meant for reducing the corruption , gender inequality , regionalism , etc from the core of the organization in order to build a safe and trastable system for the public /employees /employers or anyone utilizing something from public or private organization .
  • The another important objective is to keep the information of the complainant confidential in order to prevent from identity threat and indentity insecurity and safely address the issues .

  • The first benefit is the transpaency in the core system of organzation.The transparency in the operation or the doing of the organization is very important for the public in order to have the customers place their trust in them .
  • The another benefit is the reduction in bad practices like discrimination , gender in equality , regionalism etc .The organization may claim that they dont practise such activites but indirectly most organization are somewhere involved in these practises .And that is why this facility system will help everyone to enquire i a tarnsparent way and address the issue confidentially .

  • Bad practises - this is one of the main reason of the implementation of this system because all the organization are somewhere directly or indirectly practises the wrong doing which somehow make the consumer of the service /product to not have trust in them .
  • The another reason is the high delay in the issue redressal which is not properly convey by any moderator and it do not reach in a proper channel that is why it is one of the main reason .
  • The ombudsman and right to enquire is one of the essential facility system which is needed in almost everyhwhere in order to ahve all the abd practises vanish and correctly protocals are being followed by the people of the organziation.
