· Analyze the role ambiguity plays when there are conflicting policy goals.
Role Ambiguity arises when the scope and responsibilities of the job are unstructured or poorly defined.
· Explain how ambiguity helps promote policymaking and how goal ambiguities make policy design more difficult.
An Example that comes to mind would be the “gun control”. How would we start the process that keeps people safe and guns out of the hands of the wrong person? With the second amendment in place this where the interpretation come into place. There are so many things within it can fit someone’s issue, this where the difficulty will take place.
