Organisational behaviour is a study of both groups an individual performance and action within An enterprise . The field of study scans human behaviour in working atmosphere. It determines it's effect on job structure,performance , communication, motivation, leadership, desicion making ability etc.

Organisational behaviour groups are advertisements. A group can be defined as two or more interacting and interdependent individual who come together to achieve particular objectives. Can be stated as a course of action a group takes as a family.

Individual behaviour in an organisation is a behaviour of a particular employee particular section it depends on that employee on largely basis his performance. His performance not only effects him but also the organisation to a smaller extent.

Human behaviour has been believed to be the outcome of responses to certain external internal forces called stimuli.

To make participative management more effective and relieve executives of petty responsibilities employees are given responsibilities to carry on successfully and effectively.

The ability or the result of decision making is proved to be better in in group than in compared to an individual groups use task force project is work committee their workers get due representations.
