What are the differences between individual and group behavior? Provide some examples.
Organisational behaviour is a study of both groups an individual performance and action within An enterprise . The field of study scans human behaviour in working atmosphere. It determines it's effect on job structure,performance , communication, motivation, leadership, desicion making ability etc.
Organisational behaviour groups are advertisements. A group can be defined as two or more interacting and interdependent individual who come together to achieve particular objectives. Can be stated as a course of action a group takes as a family.
Individual behaviour in an organisation is a behaviour of a particular employee particular section it depends on that employee on largely basis his performance. His performance not only effects him but also the organisation to a smaller extent.
Human behaviour has been believed to be the outcome of responses to certain external internal forces called stimuli.
To use of how human behaviour occurs as discussed the traditional view and the input output view
The traditionally- behaviour is a response to a stimulus.
Situation comprising of stimulus and environment
Organization occurs through physiological and cognitive means.

Individuals work job satisfaction and efficient performance is influenced by the group in which he moves. At lower level of organisation it is small groups of employees work as team they have the responsibility to finish a task assigned to them within stipulated period of time.
Individual behaviour of an employee lacks motivation where as an employee in a group is highly more motivated.
Individual does not feel more competitive when performing alone whereas when he performs in a group he feels more competitive and gives better levels of performance.
The task in the modern industries are becoming more Complex and monotonous to change the conditions and make the workplace more lively work and work groups are always a better option.
To make participative management more effective and relieve executives of petty responsibilities employees are given responsibilities to carry on successfully and effectively.
