1. Leadership behaviours in effective strategy implementation is very much important as the strategies have to be communicated to all the employees in a very clear meaning and the most effective trait of a leader is his effective communications.

  1. Leader will clearly convey the proper meaning of strategies which is going to be implement in the organization by their effective and clear communication.
  2. Leaders is also having the judging capabilities so while strategies implementation, leader will find out mini leaders from the organisation who will properly understand the strategy and give innovative ideas for its further enhancement.
  3. Monitoring of leaders will provide the real response of employees regarding strategy.
  4. Leader have ultimate level of encouraging and motivating power, this will be very much helpful while strategy implementation in the organization. Leaders will encourage and motivate all the employees of the organisation towards the strategy which is going to be implemented.
