Do you feel that police officers should take into consideration the ethnic and cultural differences of the citizens they police? Is the law black and white? Should they enforce every law to the letter or is there a need to keep the cultural differences in mind when becoming a police officer?

Police officers were individualisation of the law itself and since law does not discriminate are considered ethnic and cultural differences of the citizens that it covers, so do the police officers. Law is always supposed to be black and white are other terms the law needs to be transparent because your police officers take ethnic differences into consideration then this will result into chaotic and and pleasurable and undesirable circumstances like the one that we observed in the past month which was then followed up by protests around the nation. Just because and individual is associated to a particular race or culture, they should not be the victim of discrimination and violence especially from the enforcement which are there to protect them. If the operation traces are found to be guilty in a crime they should be given equal punishment that the race which is oppressing should have gotten.
