Generally training will be provided to all the employees of the organization respect to their field and area of work.Among them 'Instructor Led Class room Training' suits the given objective.

It comes under one of the learning objective in their training part.

The trainer or an authorized person generally prepares this kind of power point presentations by covering all the related training summary and proceeds for training.The main reason for implementing this training technique is to strengthen the relations between trainers and trainees.Since all the persons shares the same environment,there will be a chance to build good relation among them.

And also there will be one to one contact between them.It means while presentation is going on all the trainees can ask questions to trainer and get the solution at the spot itself.A healthy interactive session will go on at this training.

Beside advantages there are some disadvantages too.Among them main disadvantage is lack of Scalability.It means One person should definitely present all the time at the time of presentation.This makes poor contact with trainees if their number is more.Another disadvantage is Its Stringency.It means if one trainee tries to improve faster than the other he/she will be in a hustle to learn quickly.

One more recommendation to the trainers is;

They should see that all the training matter should be covered in limited slides so that trainees will not feel bore and loose their interest.

These training sessions will definitly help in Organization development and employee development.So ultimately we can observe increase in productivity,Quality and Standards of the organization.
