It has well developed policies for recruiting, hiring and retention of its employees based on sharing of mutual values and treating its employees with respect and dignity. The company while hiring gives lot of importance to the candidates aspirations so that it matches with the job position and there is no discontent or dissatisfaction. For better results, the ways to motivate employees are found and implemented. The organisation can improve with use of different sources for hiring and not relying on a single source like campus hiring only.

It has open communication channels with its customers and employees.
