Choose a real organisation and review its employee value proposition. Discuss what the organisation does well, and opportunities for improvement. Your analysis should consider the following:

  1. The extent to which its value proposition aligns with the organisation's business strategy and draws on its unique strengths.
  2. What might be learned from similar organisations (who are competing to attract the same potential recruits) in terms of their value propositions.
  3. What the academic literature says about best practice in attracting employees.

The organisation chosen is Proctor & Gamble. The organisation clearly communicates its values and beliefs to its target audience and market. It has well developed policies for recruiting, hiring and retention of its employees based on sharing of mutual values and treating its employees with respect and dignity. The company while hiring gives lot of importance to the candidates aspirations so that it matches with the job position and there is no discontent or dissatisfaction. For better results, the ways to motivate employees are found and implemented. The organisation can improve with use of different sources for hiring and not relying on a single source like campus hiring only.
