The two biggest barriers/problems to health care systems that negatively effects the delivery of care are

• High Cost- Healthcare and medical services have become more sort of business. Due to the high paying profession and the services that are provided to the patient- the cost of getting good quality healthcare is very expensive. There are very few from the population who can access and afford good healthcare.
• Insurance- Many policies try to curb the negative effect of cost through insurance, but these policies become a headache for the clients. Many services and things are not covered in insurance and companies take a lot of time in paperwork.

Two strategies to reduce these barriers

• Subsidy from the government- The government should provide healthcare services at a very low cost so that the population can access and afford them. Many politicians ask their vote on the hope that they will provide medical service at cheap rates.
• Strict actions and monitoring of insurance policies- referring to the complaints coming from the clients, the government should ask the companies to cover almost every illness or disease and secondly make the availiblity of service without any hurdle of paperwork.
