It is very important for a candidate to adjust herself or himself in front of the employer to present a good image for the job interview. Many employers keep the candidates in the situations where you might be asked to either perform or present the explicit analysis about you are going to behave and answer to different made up scenarios.
1. A situational analysis: Situational analysis refers to different type of situations present in from of the candidate and how effectively he/she behaves to present an excellent image of oneself. There are many traits which are considered for example the size of the audience of the panel who are taking your job interview, the place the interview is taking, is it a personal interview or group one, the occasion , the types of scenarios and questions presented in front of you comprises the situational analysis. One can effectively present herself/himself by effectively analysing the front panel sitting, analysing the questions asked, analysing the situations and the made up scenarios and also to different variables like the topics asked that are effecting your interview.
2. Listening analysis talks about how effectively one listens and responds to the questions asked and the communication. For every communication to be successful, it is always asked that both speaking and listening skills should be accurate and effective. Hearing and listening have difference in between them. Hearing just comrpises of hearing to whatever you been presented with. To be an excellent candidate, one should effectively hear, analyse the thoughts in its mind, carefully analyse the outcomes and the speak up the most appropriate answer to what the speaker or an interviewer puts in front of you.
