In your opinion, should we, as a society, continue to rely on employer-based insurance? On the other hand, is there a better way? If yes, briefly describe the better way you are referring to. Justify your response.

As a society, I believe to rely on employer based insurance is a privilege not a right. Because once we're out of job or fired in any situation this privilege can be taken from us and at the same time we are speechless to as if we are out of job, no insurance left no earnings leftover. Also health care is a right not a privilege or good. So it should be handle very carefully. In order to maintain better health one can invest on their health insurance a fixed amount which will recover them from all the diseases and accidents. Infact, if the employee is not able to invest such amount on their health, they have another scope as they can make bpl cards below poverty line or can arrange regular checkups for them selves in government organisations as they run free services for the persons who are not able to afford such health checkups or treatments.
