Ans: Firstly let's take an overview about the quality monitoring and improving. Quality monitoring is simply any organization takes time  to evaluate the product quality and evaluate them

Quality improvement is basically defined as , it is basically a structural approach that are taken to evaluate the  the performance of systems and processes, and on the basis of this to determine does any improvement needed both functional and operational areas. This process is done in any organization by the stakeholders to evaluate the initiatives and results.

The benefits of the Quality Improvement Process are as follows:

  1. The solution that are focuses on the failures in processes, not on the flaws of people.
  2. It has objective or data driven solutions rather than the  subjective opinions.This is done to identify the inadequate processes,inefficiencies and preventable errors.
  3. With this it will provide the better  customer service, greater safety,increased efficiency and higher revenues.

The following are the critical quality attributes that will fall through the cracks are as follows:

  1. Satisfaction of  the Customer: This is the first attribute that the every organization should focuses to satisfy the customers that pay for the product or services.Customers must gets their money’s worth from their service or products that they purchase.

  2. Continuous Improvement: As we know that the competition are increases day by day in market , so we must  always improving,So it's necessary to keep ahead of the game.

  3. Integrity or Security : As we know that the Integrity comes with the security.So this things are very important in any organization to maintain the system integrity or security.

  4. Satisfy the Supplier : It is also important to satisfy the suppliers that are the intermediate between the customers and the organization  from whom we are purchasing goods or services.

  5. Plan data collection and analysis: This is also very important attribute that we must collect the data and analyze , on that data and take the decision from that data.Analysis helps to determine the  data in appropriate way and that the interpretation to identifies patterns.
