In your opinion, what ethical issue concerning assisted living is critical for improving the healthcare system in the 21st century?

Health care domain is witnessing a great boom in the current century. Most of the countries place health as their priority in their development . But despite of all the advances the main concerns still needs to be addressed.The main concerns are

A) As the number of population are increasing ,are the health care systems are able to provide safe and effective care while rendering to large population or are they providing just routine care without concerning about how well the care is being provided.

2)Is health care facilities available to everyone? There is quite a lot of disparities in health care facilities in different countries ie. some countries are still struggling to provide health benefits to their citizens.

3)Are the team of health care professionals enough to cater to the needs of large population?Insufficient staffs are again a problem because then the quality of care decreases even though routine care is provided. On the other hand the staffs are overburdened

4)Ethics in providing euthanasia is still a problem as different countries have different views on this thereby increasing financial needs and the population suffering.
