Solutions

Expert Solution

Conflict between employees is inevitable and each one has different values, and attitudes. Conflicts arise due to many factors. It may be due to misunderstanding, poor communications, bad attitudes, ineffective managers, or personal complaints relating to pay, etc. Start with an intention to find resolve that will result in both parties winning. First give one person an opportunity to present their issue and listen completely without interrupting. Then give the other person a chance to respond and make their case in a similar way. Take the right decision and remain focused on work.

It can be explained in detail:

a. First you need to acknowledge the problem before you deal with it. Avoiding such  problems will never solve the issue.

b. When  you acknowledged the problem, deal it with directly . Face the problem bravely and work together with all to resolve it.

c. A small spark of conflict can easily grow to a large flame so resolve it as early as possible.

d. Talk about the issue, and avoid character blaming as much as possible.

e. Speak respectfully to all parties who have involved in it and make it clear that you also expect them to show respect.

f. Aim for a win-win solution if possible, so that nobody walks away feeling triumphant and no one walks away feeling humiliated.
