Charismatic leaders have qualties which attract followers and inspires people to action. These qualities are hard to pin down as these qualities differ from one leader to other depending on their style of leadership. On taking a close look we can can find some qualties as common like below

1. Confidence - Leaders have powerful personalities which attract most followers. These powerful personalities are a result of confidence. These leaders are self confident and are optimistic.

2. Communication - Charismatic leaders have extraordinary communication skills. This helps to motivate employees. This helps in making the audience know the objectives of the meeting or any undergoing movement.

3. Vision - Leaders have greater vision towards future to improve future. They have a dream and direction that motivates others to follow him. They communicate this vision with entire followers.

4. Determination - Having Vision doesn't make leader great. Strong determination towards achieving such vision make these leaders charismatic. They are focussed in achieving the desired results.

There are many charismatic leaders the history have seen. One of them is Dr. Junior Martin Luther King. He is a powerful orator, an engaging personality having unwavering commitment towards positive change.
