Positive leader - Jack Ma, founder of ALIBABA GROUP.

Jack Ma is truly an inspirational and motivational leader who taught this world that you should never give up no matter how hard the circumstances are. He was denied a job at kfc , police , teaching etc. Knowing very little about computers at that time , he started a tech company which grew to become on of the largest tech companies on this planet earth. He was able to do this by leading the samrt people in the right way and was able to create vision for them. Jack Ma started in one small room with a team of 6 . They build a website where people can buy and sell goods. It was like a ecospace for business. The company soon started getting recognition and in ten years Jack ma was in top 100 forbest list. This tells us that a leader may not know everything but if he/she can guide smart people and unite them , greater things can be achieved.

Negative leadership - Anil Ambani - RELIANCE INDUSTRIES.

Anil Ambani received a fortune of around 10 billion dollars worth Companies after his father's death. The company was successful at that time but Mr Anil Ambani wasn't able to lead the company appropriately and hence the company soon started to decline. Today the companies are in loss and Mr Anil Ambani's personal worth is less than 500 million dollars. This happened because of lack of Innovation and leadership. Anil was not able to make prompt decisions and was not able to take care of its stakeholders. Due to his lack of visionary skills and leadership skills, the companies declined. By this we understand, that to be a leader is easy but to maintain that position is difficult. Leadership can also have negative impact on the team.
