Some issues you might want to examine include finding specific situations where organizations have benefited through enhanced diversity (e.g. improved product, better customer service) or situations where an organization has been hurt through their lack of diversity. Is it always the case that diversity leads to improved performance (be civil, professional and data driven in assessing this!)?

Diversity means understanding that each individual is uniques and recognizing their individual differences.
Diversity includes not only ways of being but also ways of Knowing. In the workplace there are many banefits an employee can take from diversity. diversity means having a range of people with various racial, ethnic, socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds and various lifestyles, experience and interests. so when people with so many different ideas and experiences are work together they can learn from each other like different languages, improve communication skills, all different walks of life, diversity is the ability for differences to coexist together with some type of mutul understanding or acceptance present.
Diversity in the workplace promotes the individuality within and organization acknowledging that every person can contribute with different, creative and new idea and solutions.
Diversity within a company helps in building a stronger brand and makes the company more interesting and desirable employer.
Every person has a different mind, different way of thinking, different opinions,nature ,skills. Diversity teach everybody new skills.
Diversity fuels self development. employer can learn from each other so they can improve their skills from observing others or they can develop their personalities by seeing others they can improve their communication skills by listening others. every employer encourage themselves to develop their skills.
Diversity boosts creativity. when there's people with various type of skills comes together their ideas their solutions theirs opinions comes up together then definitely this is boosts creativity in the employers.
Diversity makes you learn faster. when people with different minds, behaviour, culture, skills you learn faster from each other.
People with different educational background and age might bring skills to the table that you need or wanted to learn.
My thinking on diversity is that in an organization diversity is the most important thing. it builds up confidence to the employers and makes an organization stronger with their improved performance. with an example diversity is the classroom full of from students with different background. diversity teach us how to work with different types of people having different mind, skills, views how to do team work how to express themselves how to communicate how to performe how to improve their skills. diversity lead to good costumer service and profit in business.
