Solutions

Expert Solution

Question a)

Ans: As we all very well aware about how the  project’s stakeholders are important .In the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) basically the Project Stakeholder Management knowledge are used for the stakeholder register. In the Project Stakeholder Management following processes are done:

  1. It Ibasically dentify the Stakeholders.
  2. Plan for the Stakeholder Management.
  3. Manage the Stakeholder Engagement.
  4. And Control the Stakeholder Engagement.

Question b)

Ans: The Project Integration Management knowledge are used a tool of the project charter. In this knowledge area it holds the overall project together and the important thing is that it integrate it into unified whole. And we know in the development of the project charter when one or two processes in the duration of the Initiation phase and the development of the project charter initiates the project and it also authorizes the project manager.

Question c)

Ans: We all very well aware about the project budget , it is basically the most sensitive parts of a project. The two PMBOK Knowledge areas that use the tool of Resource Levelling it make be the following:

  • Knowlege of Planing the Cost Management: In this the cost management plan are establishes the thing like the project budget ,control procedures and also the  criteria for the changes.
  • Knowledge of Determining Budget: In this the project are basically rolled up into the overall project budget.

Question d)

Ans: WBS is basically the Work Breakdown Structure. We know that the WBS basically contains either the graphical or a table-style breakdown of the project work. The two PMBOK Knowledge areas that use the tool of WBS are :

  1. Project Scope Management Knowlege.

  2. Project Time Management knowledge.

Question e)

Ans: As we know that in the PMBOK , the the risk register is basically the output of Identify the Risk process in the Risk Management knowledge area. It basically identify the dentify the risks, that could impact on the project and it also understand the nature of those risks.

The Project Risk Management knowledge area uses the tool of risk register .In this it manage the project risk and analyze the project project management plan.
