Hi,

The ten PMBOK knowledge areas are :

  1. Project Integration Management
  2. Project Scope Management
  3. Project Time Management
  4. Project Cost Management
  5. Project Quality Management
  6. Project Human Resource Management
  7. Project Communication Management
  8. Project Risk Management
  9. Project Procrutment Management
  10. Project Stakeholder Management.

a) A stakeholder can be an employee or customer or can be any person who is a part of the project. Here the PMBOK knowledge area that use a tool of stakeholder register is Project Stakeholder Management.Under Project Stakeholder Management it includes the full details of the stakeholder.Stakeholder is a part of the project and their satisfaction is an important thing for the successfull project.Stakeholder register means contain all the details about the stakeholder including name, role intrests etc.

b) A project charter includes all the details about the project. It is a short description about the project. It contains the objectives and who re the stakeholders participating in it and how the projet is taking place etc.So in PMBOK knowledge area the Project Integration Management is use the tool of project charter. It includes the planning of project.

c) For a project it requires many resources.Resouce levelling means all the resources must be levelled that is thee should not be any lack of resources. The main resources neede for the project are time and budget.Theat is for a project there woukd be a time limit and the pfoject should finish within that time.So the resources must available at that time interval. The two PMBOK knowledge areas for resource levelling areProject time management and project Cost management.Project time management means managing the time .The project should finish within the provided time.Project cost management means the budget of the project.

d) WBS means Work Breakdown Structure. It means that the decomposition of project into different works. It determines the scope of the project .The two PMBOK knowledge areas use the tool of WBS are project scope management and project time mnanagement.Project scope management means it describes the total scope of the project by dividing project into different chunks.Project time mangement uses the WBS means it list and group the activities in the project and it create a schedule for the project.

e) For every project there is a chance of risk .The PMBOK knowledge are used the tool of risk register is project risk management. It will identify the risk occured in the project during the execution of the project.

Thank you...
