The price of oil is uncertain and only dependent on the direction of the Kingdom. Competition is increasing in the kingdom for banking. This is a weakness because they were never in the environment of tough competition.
Opportunities:
The bank should go abroad like in Asia-pacific regions top become the global bank. So they can increase the number of customers. Banks can launch an Islamic bond.It is for investment for the customer.
Threats:
Global economic slow down is the major threat to the bank. The bank is dependent on the global economy. And conventional bonds are not beneficial for the bank.
