Mattel is an American based multinational company that deals in toy manufacturing products. SWOT analysis of Mattel's company can be done in this way:

Strength of Mattel's:

The companies having a lot of strength which can help them to achieve their organizational goals and can compete with their competitors. They have a good supplying unit which helps them in supplying products easily e to retailers around the country. Moreover, they are having a higher level of customer satisfaction which help them to increase their sale and customer like to buy from them as they are getting the satisfaction they are looking for. They have a good quality of products which attract the customers and convince them to buy them. Because of that, they are having a great performance in the market and they are one of the best toy manufacturers in America which separates them from their competitors.

The weakness of Mattel's:

the game is all about how you can convince your customers to buy your products and it requires a high level of training and development in which a lot of workforce and money is involved. Sometimes, the USA company fails to provide satisfaction to your customer and your customer shifted to your competitor's product which needs to be taken seriously and should be working on it. From the company's point of view, the need to invest more so that they can have advanced technology for their products and can complete their competitors efficiently.
