Emergency medical team really mean to us ,how they work at emergency situations.Every one in the team wants to participate actively with good co operation.

Human beings are naturally social creature .Good relationships at work makes us happier and more productive where ever we go.Good relationships are necessary if we hope to develop our career.

There are several characteristics helps us to make good relationship.

* Trust: when we trust our team and colleagues we from a powerful bond that helps us to work and communicat effectively. *Mutual Respect : *Mind fullness:this means you should taking responsibility for your action's and words * Welcoming diversity : When your friends or colleague offer different opinion,you take the time to consider what they have to say ,factor their insight into your your decision making. * Open communication: The better and more effectively you communicate with those around you ,the richer your relationship will be .

Ways to Build good work relationship :

a.Develop your team skills: Good relationship start with good people skills.eh : Conduct quiz with team how well you collaborate ,communicate and deal with conflicts .This self test will pont you to identity team skills. b.Identify your relationship needs.: Identity team goals ,those are the needs of team .understanding those needs can be instrumental in building good relationship. c.Focus on your emotional intelligence: Among other things Emotional intelligence is the ability to identity own emotions .it will helps to identity team member's needs to achieve goals. d.Appreciate Others: Show your appreciation when ever some one help you.
