One of the essential quality of an ideal leader is the ability to maintain healthy relations with the team.

In a health care organization, the ultimate goal is patient's health. To achieve it, not just one person but a team is required.

A team needs a good leader to lead the team and to make it work efficiently.

This is achieved only when the leader is able to maintain good relations with the team.

To me maintaining healthy team relationships in leadership and management in a health care organization is crucial because lack of it, can affect the team's integrity and ultimately affects the treatment that has to be provided to the patient.

Even if we are grouped into doctors, nurses, pharmacists based on our degrees, we still are in one team and it is called Health Care Profession.

Communication is a key for any relationship to be strong. If something goes wrong, the whole team should gather and discuss about it and try to sort it out with the help of their leader.

The leader should encourage the team by knowing about every person in the team and try to bring their best out of them.

It is the responsibility of the leader to make understand that every person in the team holds a valuable part.

This way, we can maintain healthy team relationships in a health care organization to function efficiently.
