How do you think a good leader goes about building on these weaknesses to make them stronger? I'm wondering how you see these ideas of leadership and quality being linked. What impact can leadership directly have on quality? How does leadership go about implementing quality? Have you seen this played out in your organization?

Leadership quality

Inspire other

Good communicator

Motivate other

Creative

Descison making quality

Friendship nature

Always knew the weakness of his teammates and tries to solve it.

These all are come under the quality of a true leader.A true leader not always work to improve the quality which we have but he or she tries to improve the weak part of the teammates..He work hard on making the weak part stronger by using some special techniques like motivating his companions and trying to observing the weak part and then by finding a absolute solution .These all are the hard work done a true leader in order to improve and make stronger the weakness.

The impact of leadership on quality is generally seen on a group works or task . suppose a 10 member of a group are working for a project.all members are experts in their field .they well know how to fix a problem relating to their subjects.but they don't have mutual understanding or leadership quality then inspite of having all the good quality the project will never be completed with full efficiency and effectiveness so in order to do quality work there should be a great need of leadership quality among the individual so that they can work on group.

In my college there is mathematics department where all the professors are well qualified and have great knowledge in their subjects but inspite of that the mathematics department is not as much developing as commerce department of my college because In commerce department the respective HOD always try to work with the other professors and investigate the small -small problem regarding the teaching methods,the problems students faces in understanding the sums..so with a good managing quality hod God has also leadership qualities which helps in the flourishment or development of the commerce department where as the reason behind improper development of maths department is the lack of leadership quality of hod..

At last but not least we can say that management is the key of successful quality program but the effect of leadership styles on quality can't be underestimated...
