“How good are you at preparing for and reaching for an interview? How do you think you appear to other people in an important interaction?”
I have a master degree in business administration with a specialization in marketing and sales, last 8 years worked with different multinational companies. As an experienced professional I am always ready for an interview because I have practical experience of my jobs and responsibilities but as per views pre-planning and preparation for every interview is much essential.
While preparing for an interview I keep focus on the following points -
1) Good dressing and polite behavior during interaction.
2) Strong introduction and self-presentations.
3) Complete explanations of profile, role, responsibility, area handling and target achievement.
4) Knowledge about the existing company and company which I am interviewing.
5) Establishing good clear communication with the interviewer.
6) Replying patiently and with a cool mind.
Every discussion and interaction is important in our life because we are creating a bad and good image in the mind of a person to who we have interacted. Every interaction and discussion is building the self-confidence, removing our fear of discussion, developing positive attitudes, enhancing knowledge and boosting morals.
I am planning well before going for an important discussion with peoples and always trying to get more knowledge and information regarding the important interaction topic because these practices building our self-confidence, control over the discussion and reduce our fear and pressure.
