Expert Solution

The design connection in the urban areas can also be termed as urban designing and the connections have very much priority at the time of designing. These connection would also include connecting the rural and urban areas. The two fields urban designing and planning are quite related and here the connection is regarding the routes of water supply or it may be transportation connection. Connection may be of any type as things or utilities must be attached from one another. Design has meant more to the aesthetics and planning architecture. It has become an essential element regarding the business and economic innovation process. Urban planning is a technical and political process and it is also concerned with the development and land being used in the designing and connection process. It would include the consumption of air, water, the environment being built and the infrastructure passing inside and out like the transportation and distribution networks. The distribution system includes the water supply to all the residential places for the domestic and industrial use, it would also include the sewage disposal at any particular place. All these suppliers and distribution are in high requirements of pipelines and pipelines are structured by method of connection and that is the reason the connections are given high priority at the time of designing and planning of the urban areas. It would be less effective in rural areas as the houses are apart from each other and connection will not be economic and independent usage are preferred in the rural areas as they are less developed also.

Consider the brain areas and connections pictured in the simplified basal ganglia circuit. Parkinson’s disease results from the degeneration of dopamine neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta (SNc). Dopamine can inhibit or excite neurons in the putamen, a sub-division of the striatum. Describe how this damage causes a chain of effects on activity in other basal ganglia areas and the structures they ultimately output to, and how this results in hypokinesia (reduced movements) in two different ways.
