The process evaluation go through four distinct phases such as Planing, implementation, completion and reporting. While these miror common programe development steps,.it is important to remember that your evaluation may not always be linear, depending on where you are in your programe.

Planing:

the most important planing phase of our project evaluation are priortizing short and long term goals identify your target audience determining method for collection of data.

Implementation:

This is the carrying out of our evaluation plan. Although it may vary considerably from project to project.

Completion:

upon completion of your plan or the intermediate steps along the way, your evaluation efforts will be design to examine long term outcomes and impacts, and summerise the overall performance of your programme.

Reporting and communication:

In order to tell your story effectively, its critical for you what you want to communicate about results and process of your project, what audiences are most important to communicate wih,

and what are most appropriate method for disseminating your information.
