Create a 10 survey questions that designed to examine why consumers decided to purchase your chosen product (i.e LAPTOP). These questions should inquire about perception, attitudes, motivation, and cultural factors. Please note that this survey should not ask participants questions about product or service quality/attributes and customer satisfaction.
In providing the list of ten questions, you must also include theories/concepts that link to each of the questions, and objective/s of the questions.

· This can help the company to explore the source further

· This can reveal the influence of the social media on this product
· This helps to decide whether the company should focus on this further
4)If so could you mention which social media influenced you the most?
· This is a connected question to the previous one
· This can help the company focus on that particular media and expand the marketing
5) For what purpose do you use the Laptop most of the time? Does it have any influence on how this product was chosen?
· This question brings out the purpose for which the product was chosen
· This helps the company to identify that feature which makes the company suitable for a particular usage
6) Kindy mention your current age. Do you think that your age had influenced you to buy this product in particular?
· This question brings out the exact age of the customer
· It can identify the preferences of particular age groups on the product
7) Did you buy your product online or offline?
· This can help identify the mode of purchase
· It helps the company to focus on the mode of delivery
8) Did you buy the product for the first time? If not mention the brand of the previous one
· This can help identify whether the customer had owned this kind of product earlier
· If the customer had a different brand, this can help in identifying the reasons why the consumer chose this brand as a preference
9) With increasing development of technology and information, do you think that our product suffix the required technological development?
· This brings out the customer information of the technological features of the product
· It can help the company in identifying whether to accumulate any further feature to the product so that more consumers are being benefited
10) In overall how do you rate your buying this product beneficial? What further features can you think improve the rating of this product?
· This can bring out the exact customer rating on the product
· It can help the company to make further alterations so that its rating gets improved in the market.
