Create a 10 survey questions that designed to examine why consumers decided to purchase your chosen product (i.e LAPTOP). These questions should inquire about perception, attitudes, motivation, and cultural factors that influence consumer behavior and consequently consumers’ purchasing decisions.

Please note that this survey should not ask participants questions about product or service quality/attributes and customer satisfaction.

In providing the list of ten questions, you must also include theories/concepts that link to each of the questions, and objective/s of the questions.

1) Your education level : Secondary School Certificate , Diploma or Bachelor Degree

This will help us to know how educated the consumer is and did the degree of education level helped the consumer to make is decision.

2) Are you the primary decison maker of your household regarding the purchase of this product category?

It will help us to know if the decision making was under influence or self motivated.

3) How did you get to know about our product?

It will help us to know the source through which he was made aware of our product ( word of mouth, newpaper, TV or hoardings)

4) What motivated you to buy this laptop?

Through this we will get the information on the motives of buying the laptop, was it the price, features, social influence, work/education needs

5) Which of the following brands are you aware of (brand A, brand B, brand c, brand d)

It will help us to know if he is self aware fo the brands in the market or did he choose our laptop without considering them.

6) How do you typically find out the product you want to buy (online, TV commercials, word of mouth or shopping in stores)

It will help us to define our marketing strategy and re build one if needed too.

7) Did you previously own a laptop, if yes then why did you replace it?

It will help us to know about the reason why previous one was replaced, which we can take into consideration and improve in our product.

8)How would you rate your laptop usage competency and primary tasks you will be performing with it? (Beginner, moderate user or Excellent user)

We will know how how many people fall into the given category and what features will they be looking for in the laptop as per the following levels of compentency they fall in.

9)What was the approximate amount of money you spend purchasing your laptop.

It will help us to bench mark our price as per the market.

10)Please mention any other factors that influenced you to buy our product other than mentioned in questionnaire

We will know the value added options of the customers which we may have missed.
