The marketer communicates through visual media (Television) and audio media (radio). The marketer here tries to make the consumer aware about what the product offers and about the brand. The marketer here tries to draw an image about the brand and make the consumer understand the new product/ modified product that he is offering. The marketer here tries to change beliefs of the product from old to new without changing attitude. The marketer further tries to bring a behavioural change in buying the product through audio and visual media. If the buyer is happy with the product he is positively forced (reinforced) to buy the same brand again the next time. And if the buyer is not satisfied he is enforced in a negative feeling of not buying the same brand the next time or the next time purchase feeling is lessened.
