What learning condition do you think is most necessary for learning to occur? Which is least critical? Why?

An important condition to learn:

According to me, out of 7 important conditions of learning, such as Awareness, interest, motivation, reinforcement, relevance, engagement and support, the most important and necessary condition for learning is the motivation to learn. This can generate interest among the learners to do cognitive learning, where the process of thinking and learning plays a vital role in analysing and retaining the information, without which it is impossible to do the learning activity. Motivation aids in doing the cognitive learning that will make the brain to function active, constructive and long-lasting, helping it to grasp concepts more effectively and will help to make more new connections. This will happen only through motivation to learn.

Least critical condition to learn: According to me, reinforcement is the least critical factor that aids in learning factor because reinforcement states to repeat concepts many times to make the student understandable and also to conduct an assessment. First of all, repetition creates boredom and assessment cannot always determine one's actual learning potential because the student can just byheart the answer and pass the assessment.
