qualities of the Manager-

rational behavior-the manager was having rational behaviour.he didn't get exaggerate,tense with a particular situation.he was able to find a solution out of each and every problem.
patience -manager was able to handle the situation and being patient was the best quality he possesed.he never took any decision in panic.he always observed the situation and estimated the all possible outcome and then took the effective step.
polite-he always behaved politely whether someone was agreed with his words or not.he never used hot words and never scolded anyone even to his juniors.
similar behavior- his behavior was natural and similar to all whether he was talking or dealing with seniors or juniors.this was an impressive part of his behavior.
multitasking-he could handle many task at a single time.that is what made him multitasking

managers was having following limitations-

lack of dominance-the manager was lacking in dominating, lacked to implement the policy and giving order.due to his familiar behavior his decisions was influenced by the workers.
leadership quality-he was lacking leadership quality.it doesn't mean he was poor in it , but he had to convince the subordinates and colleague to do a particular part of work.
